What is the point of listing the whole lot in a chart when the system can be shown with only a few?

For example, the frequency of 118.150 with the new 8.33 bandplan is now
known as 118.155 and this is the actual frequency the air traffic
controller will say to go to on the radio. The fact is however, that
the new frequency name for 118.150 is just a name, 118.155, however
the actual frequency is still 118.150. Many people seeing the new
118.155 channel name naturally assume that 118.155 is the new 8.33
frequency however it is not, it is simply the new channel name for
118.150 MHz which is still the correct frequency to put into your
scanner.
