Hi Craig , is it civil, military or just anything that you are interested in?
I live in south Scotland ( Annan) and can pick up lots of traffic in the south
Scotland/ both England. My interest is airband and aircraft though. I don't
bother with taxis or CB etc.
If I can be of any help, buzz me on this .

They will read out the frequency on the Approach/Departure freq when they transfer an aircraft.

You have a main ATC transmitter site just north of you on Craigowl Hill.
Not somewhere I have visited, but these are possibly from there: (^ Indicates Transmitter site)

119.875 AM EGPX Scottish Info (not 24h)

121.325 AM EGPX Scottish ATC — North Sea Area (Humber sector). ^Rothwell Lincs, but can be bandboxed with 134.775 (possibly ^CraigowlHill)

124.05 AM EGVV Swanik Mil (ICF Scotland East) ^CraigowlHill ?

124.5 AM EGPX Scottish (Tay East Low) "^CraigowlHill (receivable Eyemouth)

126.925 AM 126:930 EGPX Scottish Hi (SE) ^Rothwell^ (Montrose South sector) Possibly ^CraigowlHill (offset low?)

134.775 AM EGPX Scottish FIS Hi ('C' sector) ^CraigowlHill
(Can be bandboxed with ? - Trimingham?

234.5 AM EGVV Swanik Mil, East Scotland ^Craigowl? (Receivable near St Abbs)

251.25 AM EGVV Swanik Military "North" (They mean Scotland) ICF ^GreatDunFell (Possibly also ^Craigowl? )

278.55 AM EGQQ Swanik Mil Scotland E ^CraigowlHill
I reserve the right to ignore people who have made no attempt to the read the manual, and expect others to do it for them.
