449.3125 / 71.9 is another they use. Their door stewards use it, plus I heard it during a fireworks display.

I heard it in use ages ago being used by door stewards, while I was in a nearby hotel, I wasn't sure at first who the user was. It also helps having either close call armed or even virtually all 446''s, UK General etc pre programmed into the radio. I have out the box Baofeng / Retevis frequencies in it as well.

Not sure if it's the same place, but the same frequency heard from several floors up a building in Morecambe a few miles away, has it on DCS 413. They were mentioning cars as if in a car park. Morecambe doesn't have a shopping centre with a car park, other than the Arndale, but they are on 169.825 / 77.0. I will try listening in on 165.025 in case I've only heard the input. I'm not sure if 169.825 is simplex only, or duplex too.
