Take care with neodymium magnets close to anything electronic & especially any screen. A neodymium magnet should be powerful. In fact if it's a real neodymium magnet, then it should be 10X more powerful than a normal magnet & thus it can & will effect electronics & any magnet neodymium, or not, that gets too close to a electronic display will effect that & the more powerful the magnet the further from the screen it can be & still effect it.
The people I buy neodymium magnets from recommend that their small (under 1cm) neodymium magnets are kept 10Cm's from electronic devices.
