Welcome to the forum Scannerman. How about introducing yourself & letting us know a little about you? That is potentially a very big area to cover & depending upon your equipment, many frequencies within that area could be out of your range, either in distance, or depending upon your radio frequency wise.
Also what sort of things interest you?

Hi m0lsx I've been scanning about 10 yrs now but due to health issues took time out I currently have a ubc 3500 xlt scanner hooked up to a d777 diamond antenna I live in a seaside town so there's plenty to listen to on the marine band I love listening to mostly airband freqs my local airports and mil air bases most of my freqs are a bit out of date so I'm in need of new ones thanks Wayne

If you go to

https://cse.google.com/cse/publicurl?cx=017721449704518888595:wswa65nq4ww

Which is in my signature. You will find a Google search for this site. Redcar brings up several older finds, or mentions & I have not checked Middlesbrough, but I am sure it will show you some bits & pieces. You can do the same with both Civil & Mil Air frequencies or locations.
