AOR AR8200 mk3

Postby Angus » Wed Sep 12, 2018 3:00 pm

I have been searching the internet for software to programme and organise my AOR AR8200 Mk3. (Compatible with Win 10 or Mac) What I've found appears quite old and is only compatible with older versions of Windows.

Any clues where I might purchase such suitable software would be much appreciated.
Thanks, Angus

Have you tried AR86ctrl- worked Ok for me on win7 so may well work on Win10.See http://ar86ctrl.kbox14.de/ for details and download. Its free so no harm giving it a try.
Have just installed on my Win 10 computer and installed Ok by have not got radio to hand to test. I found this a simple program to sort and move frequencies/ channels with.

That is because the 8200 is now also fairly old. But it's still a good radio & the same could be true of the programs available & I belive Windows 10 has a facility that allows you to use older programmes, so it should not be an issue.
